With only 4 ingredients, these easy to make biscuits are perfect for any meal. Add a teaspoon of your favorite dried herb and they're a great side for soup.
3 cups (13-1/2 oz/375 g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) cold dairy-free margarine*, cubed
1-1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse flour, baking powder and salt until combined. Add butter and pulse until butter is finely incorporated. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add water; stir just to until all the flour is incorporated.
Drop dough onto greased baking sheets. For 1/2 cup size biscuits, bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
*I used Earth Balance Butter Sticks.

I'm in love with all the state-shaped baking/serving dishes available from
